  • Non-Refundable Services: Our services are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been initiated, processed, or completed, including:
    • PAN card applications (once submitted to NSDL/UTI)
    • GST services
    • ITR filings
    • Money transfer services
    • Bill payments via BBPS
    • Other processed online services

    • Once a service is rendered, we cannot provide a refund as these are digital or service-based transactions where delivery has already occurred.

  • Refund Exceptions: In some cases, a refund may be considered if:
    • We have failed to deliver the service within the agreed timeline (unless otherwise stated).
    • We made an error in processing your request.
    • The service has been charged incorrectly.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Service Cancellations: Once a service request has been processed, cancellation may not be possible. However, if your request for a service has not been initiated or processed, we may be able to cancel the service.
    • For services like PAN Card Applications, GST Filing, AEPS, BBPS transactions, etc., cancellations are not allowed once the process has started.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

If you wish to request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

5. Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the involved financial institutions.

6. Charges and Fees

In case a refund is provided, please note that:

  • Processing fees and transaction charges may not be refundable. These fees are non-refundable as they are typically levied by third-party payment processors or government agencies.
  • The service charge for certain services may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the nature of the transaction.

7. No Return Policy

Since we provide digital and service-based offerings, we do not accept returns of any products or services. All services are delivered online, and once the service is processed, it cannot be returned.
